History.

Where it all started.

I've known about the Fate universe for a while due to my best friend Samantha having a fanlisting to one of the original Stay Night characters, Tohsaka Rin. However, I was hesitating to join the fandom after she started playing the mobile game, Fate/Grand Order. I began getting into the Fate series by starting to watch Fate/Apocrypha with Samantha during the summer of 2018. While I loved it, I wasn’t completely strong into the series yet. I even downloaded Grand Order on my cellphone as well. Yet, I didn’t touch it until a few months after. I tried to watch Fate/Zero on my own, but I also dropped it as well, after watching a few episodes. There was just too much talking in the first few episodes before the action came that made me give up, can you blame me? Fast-forward into May of 2019, I actually got to watch Zero again, completely this time with Samantha when she came to visit me over a weekend. Since then, I got hooked and fell in love. I’ve also watched the rest of the series myself in it’s original order; Stay Night, Unlimited Blade Works, the Heaven’s Feel movies and Grand Order (and in game). As I wrote this, I also watched The Case Files of Lord El-Melloi II and I'm very excited to know that Waver's journey will continue with another novel series.

Starting Grand Order.

Having Ups and Downs.

I originally hesitated on playing Grand Order due to it being a mobile game and I would have felt more comfortable if it was a console game instead. At the same time, I was also strongly into Persona 5 and they also released an app called Persona O.A. When I started to play, I was totally and extremely confused on how everything worked, I didn’t have many servants, kept losing… It was a funny roller coaster. Even to this point, I’m still confused on some stuff, but now since my fellow Fate Hell partner-in-crime expert has tutored me about the Grand Order universe, I feel more confident in playing. Now, I even set an alarm to remind me to log in, in case I forget.

Creating A Log.

No longer holding back.

I was actually inspired to make this website by Samantha, to tell my story as we both go deeper (and literally) into Fate Hell. So many worlds, so many characters. I’d like to think that this site is my Fate Diary to explain my own experience from both watching the anime series and playing Grand Order. Also, maybe slowly getting merchandise? Haha~
